1. Eligibility

2. Purchases
When you make a purchase on our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date payment and contact information.
- Comply with all terms and conditions of your payment method.
- Pay all fees associated with your purchases, including all taxes and shipping/handling fees, where applicable.
3. Payment Processing
Payment processing is conducted through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. You agree to provide Stripe with valid payment information and authorize us and Stripe to process payment for your purchases.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
We offer a refund for tickets, rooms, and a la carte items under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made 30 days before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Please note that some items may be non-refundable as noted at the time of purchase.
5. Event Changes and Cancellations
The event schedule is subject to change. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you with the option of receiving a full refund or transferring your ticket to a rescheduled event.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You are prohibited from using the website to facilitate illegal activities, infringe on the rights of others, or disrupt the intended use of the website.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Libertarian Party of Alabama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or services provided.
